Every module, designed to make campaigning easier

The repetitive chores of campaigning, automated. Spend your time on the campaign, not the admin.

Mobile-first door-knocking

Give every volunteer a secure digital door-knocking sheet on their phone. Results sync live to your database the moment they record them.

  • Map view or street-by-street list, whichever your volunteer prefers
  • Record support levels, party ID, poster requests and casework in one tap
  • Opt-in location sharing to keep your door-knockers safe
  • Works offline on the doorstep, syncs when back in signal
  • Multiple volunteers on the same round, with reservations to avoid knocking the same door twice
  • Print paper sheets and manage manual entry for campaigns that need it
  • Filter your list by party support, waverers or any field you collect

Track your leaflet rounds

Build your leaflet rounds intuitively on the map, or generate them automatically using our algorithm. Assign them to your volunteers and track progress.

  • Automated round builder based on your address data
  • Map-based round builder, drawn by hand when you want full control
  • See who has been assigned what and what has been delivered
  • Print paper rounds with a map and road list, for volunteers who would rather work from paper
  • Filter delivery lists to target specific voters based on your data
A map of leaflet delivery rounds for a ward, each round colour-coded and listed with its household count.

Digitise your marked register automatically

Upload the scanned marked register the council sends you and Cadrify reads it automatically. Anything the algorithm is unsure of goes to a volunteer to check, so nothing is guessed.

  • Upload the PDF, no data entry
  • Cadrify reads most rows automatically, volunteers check the rest
  • Every mark matches to the elector's record and updates their voting history
  • Watch turnout build as digitisation completes

Petitions, forms and emails to your representative

Put a petition, form or survey live in minutes on your own branded page. Every response becomes a supporter record in your database, with consent built in.

  • Branded public page live in minutes, no developer needed
  • GDPR-compliant sign-up tracking and consent captured at the point of signing
  • Every signature becomes a contact record, ready to reach again
  • Let supporters email their MP or councillor directly from the page

A data-first approach to your campaign

Import your electoral registerElectoral register nounThe official list of everyone registered to vote in a local authority area, published in full once a year with monthly updates in between. In Cadrify Cadrify imports the register on every update, matches it to the right ward and polling district by GSS code, and keeps each import as its own dated version so nothing recorded about an elector is lost.Full definition → in whatever format your council sends it, and export everything you hold, whenever you want, in a standard format. Cadrify processes what you give it automatically, because it is built for how political parties actually run campaigns, not adapted from a generic sales tool.

  • Export your complete dataset at any time, in a standard format
  • Import from a wide range of formats, no manual reformatting
  • Automatic processing, so your volunteers are not typing in data by hand
  • Built for political parties first, not a CRM with a campaign mode bolted on

Autofill your electoral paperwork

Input your details once for each campaign and Cadrify fills out all the repetitive boxes across every form you need to hand in to the council. Nomination papers, expense returns and declarations. All you need to do is get the wet-ink signatures.

  • Nomination papers for parish, local, mayoral and Westminster elections
  • Election agent notification and certificate of authorisation
  • Expense returns structured ready for your PPERA filing
  • Party name, descriptions and emblem kept in sync with the official parties register

Turn door-knocking into a competition volunteers want to win

Doors knocked, leaflets delivered and register rows digitised all feed a live leaderboard. Volunteers watch their own progress build, and organisers see who is showing up, not just who signed up.

  • Monthly and all-time leaderboards, scoped to your branch
  • Gold, silver and bronze recognition for your top volunteers each month
  • A personal activity record for every volunteer, so they can see their own progress
  • Filter the board by ward to see who is covering your patch

From nothing to 17 votes off winning in just 6 weeks

The Greens had no presence in Thurrock. Their small team used Cadrify to close the gap there in 6 weeks.

“We started in Grays from nothing, with a 6-week deadline before the elections. We used Cadrify to process the electoral register for us and set up rounds for door-knocking and leafleting on day one. That meant our small team could focus on actually campaigning. We finished 17 votes short. In Thurrock, that was not a result we expected.”

150,000 elector records digitised in 24 hours

Camden Green Party digitised their marked register in 24 hours. Cadrify processed 90% of the 150,000 records automatically, leaving volunteers to check the 10,000 or so it was uncertain about.

“The manual review was intuitive enough that a volunteer could pick it up in five minutes. Cadrify's security-first approach meant only our admins ever had access to the full electoral register. Each volunteer saw one record at a time, and nothing more.”

Common questions

What is Cadrify?

Cadrify is an integrated platform for British grassroots campaigns. It covers electoral registers, door-knocking, leaflet rounds, polling day operations, volunteer management and phonebanking, built around how British elections are run.

Who is Cadrify for?

Political parties and their local branches, independent candidates, and campaigning organisations such as unions and NGOs. It suits anyone running an organised campaign on the ground in Britain.

Does Cadrify work for independent candidates or NGOs?

Yes. Cadrify is party-agnostic. Independent candidates, single-issue campaigns, trade unions, environmental organisations and other NGOs can use it on equal terms with party branches. The platform does not require a party affiliation and does not share data between organisations.

How is Cadrify different from tools like NationBuilder or MiniVAN?

Cadrify is built natively for British elections, not adapted from another country's system. The whole campaign runs in one system, from the electoral register through door-knocking and leaflet rounds to polling day operations and nomination paperwork. Pricing is one published rate card set by the electorate you organise, and your data is held in Britain and the EEA.

Where is my data stored, and is Cadrify GDPR compliant?

Your register and supporter data is stored in a secure database in Frankfurt, within the European Economic Area, and does not leave the EEA at rest. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, every record is scoped to a single organisation, and processing follows UK GDPR with data minimisation and purpose limitation.

How much does Cadrify cost?

Cadrify is one plan, with every feature and unlimited volunteers included at every size. The price is set by the electorate of the geography your organisation claims, not by ward count and not by records stored. It starts at £15 a month, or £150 a year paid annually. A ward of 17,000 electors is £695 a year and a constituency party covering 70,000 electors is £2,450 a year. There are no per-seat fees and no election surcharge. Above 50,000 electors the rate is £30 per 1,000 a year, with no upper limit.
