The all-in-one platform to manage your voter data, door-knocking, leaflet rounds, get out the vote, council paperwork, finances and mobilisation.
The repetitive chores of campaigning, automated. Spend your time on the campaign, not the admin.
Give every volunteer a secure digital door-knocking sheet on their phone. Results sync live to your database the moment they record them.
Build your leaflet rounds intuitively on the map, or generate them automatically using our algorithm. Assign them to your volunteers and track progress.
Upload the scanned marked register the council sends you and Cadrify reads it automatically. Anything the algorithm is unsure of goes to a volunteer to check, so nothing is guessed.
Put a petition, form or survey live in minutes on your own branded page. Every response becomes a supporter record in your database, with consent built in.
Import your electoral registerElectoral register nounThe official list of everyone registered to vote in a local authority area, published in full once a year with monthly updates in between. In Cadrify Cadrify imports the register on every update, matches it to the right ward and polling district by GSS code, and keeps each import as its own dated version so nothing recorded about an elector is lost.Full definition → in whatever format your council sends it, and export everything you hold, whenever you want, in a standard format. Cadrify processes what you give it automatically, because it is built for how political parties actually run campaigns, not adapted from a generic sales tool.
Input your details once for each campaign and Cadrify fills out all the repetitive boxes across every form you need to hand in to the council. Nomination papers, expense returns and declarations. All you need to do is get the wet-ink signatures.
Doors knocked, leaflets delivered and register rows digitised all feed a live leaderboard. Volunteers watch their own progress build, and organisers see who is showing up, not just who signed up.
The Greens had no presence in Thurrock. Their small team used Cadrify to close the gap there in 6 weeks.
“We started in Grays from nothing, with a 6-week deadline before the elections. We used Cadrify to process the electoral register for us and set up rounds for door-knocking and leafleting on day one. That meant our small team could focus on actually campaigning. We finished 17 votes short. In Thurrock, that was not a result we expected.”
St Albans Green Party wanted to run a campaign. Cadrify's petition tool gave them a fully customisable page, GDPR-compliant sign-up tracking and contact detail capture for everyone who signed.
“The petitions feature is a game-changer. It was easy to set up and straightforward to customise the appearance of the page, and has every option you could need. We increased the size of our mailing list by 18% within just 3 days.”
Camden Green Party digitised their marked register in 24 hours. Cadrify processed 90% of the 150,000 records automatically, leaving volunteers to check the 10,000 or so it was uncertain about.
“The manual review was intuitive enough that a volunteer could pick it up in five minutes. Cadrify's security-first approach meant only our admins ever had access to the full electoral register. Each volunteer saw one record at a time, and nothing more.”

Cadrify is an integrated platform for British grassroots campaigns. It covers electoral registers, door-knocking, leaflet rounds, polling day operations, volunteer management and phonebanking, built around how British elections are run.
Political parties and their local branches, independent candidates, and campaigning organisations such as unions and NGOs. It suits anyone running an organised campaign on the ground in Britain.
Yes. Cadrify is party-agnostic. Independent candidates, single-issue campaigns, trade unions, environmental organisations and other NGOs can use it on equal terms with party branches. The platform does not require a party affiliation and does not share data between organisations.
Cadrify is built natively for British elections, not adapted from another country's system. The whole campaign runs in one system, from the electoral register through door-knocking and leaflet rounds to polling day operations and nomination paperwork. Pricing is one published rate card set by the electorate you organise, and your data is held in Britain and the EEA.
Your register and supporter data is stored in a secure database in Frankfurt, within the European Economic Area, and does not leave the EEA at rest. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, every record is scoped to a single organisation, and processing follows UK GDPR with data minimisation and purpose limitation.
Cadrify is one plan, with every feature and unlimited volunteers included at every size. The price is set by the electorate of the geography your organisation claims, not by ward count and not by records stored. It starts at £15 a month, or £150 a year paid annually. A ward of 17,000 electors is £695 a year and a constituency party covering 70,000 electors is £2,450 a year. There are no per-seat fees and no election surcharge. Above 50,000 electors the rate is £30 per 1,000 a year, with no upper limit.
